Date
(Thursday)
Time
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Venue
Malaysia is entering a new era of circular economy where collaboration across the entire plastic value chain is becoming increasingly important. From manufacturers and brand owners to collectors, aggregators and recyclers, every stakeholder plays a vital role in ensuring plastic materials remain in circulation and are transformed into valuable resources instead of waste.
This forum brings together key industry leaders to share practical insights on the current challenges, opportunities and future direction of Malaysia’s plastic circular economy. Topics will include Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), collection systems, recycling infrastructure, supply chain collaboration, manufacturing demand for recycled materials and the importance of building an integrated ecosystem.
Participants will gain a better understanding of how stronger partnerships across the value chain can improve material recovery, increase recycled content, support ESG commitments and accelerate Malaysia’s transition towards a circular economy.
